Our client, one of the largest food manufacturing and distributing companies in the region is looking to hire a talented Production Supply Manager for a short term contract of 3 months. Someone who can join immediately will be preferred.
5+ years of experience in Production and Material planning is required. Manufacturing experience is a must (Food/FMCG).

Responsibilities
- 7 years in supply chain with strong hands-on Production planning experience.
- Food/FMCG Manufacturing background is essential.
- Ensuring the Highest Utilization of Operations Resources in line with the organization targets.
- Managing and Controlling all the Material Flow between workstations.
- Achieving the Highest adherence to the Production plans.
- Sustaining the Working Capital Annual targeted level by monitoring and optimizing on-hand stocks reduction.
- Supervising all the materials planning tasks for Raw and Packaging Materials (Local and imported)
- Organizing and Preparing Annual Materials Safety Stock Policy and ABC Classification.
- Leading MRP meetings and Highlighting needful actions.
- Working with Warehouse, Sales and Finance teams to reduce slow and non-Moving Stocks.
- Collaborating with Sales and Finance teams to Facilitate obstacles to smoothen the Production planning
- Supporting in optimizing Shipping plans by Grouping/Organizing similar destinations orders.
- Managing Co-packing division supply planning activities.
- Suggesting initiatives for planning process improvement.
- Identifying process bottlenecks and implementing solutions for debottlenecking.
- Lead and develop capabilities of supply planning team.
