Job Purpose
The job holder will be responsible for formulating and ensuring effective implementation of talent supply strategies for Landmark in line with the HR vision and business goals for the organization

Job Description
Recruitment operations
  • Monitor all kinds of recruitment in the organization and monitor the recruitment database
  • Develop robust tools for selecting and recruiting talent at various level
  • Support the entire recruitment process end-to-end to enable selection of quality talent for vacant positions within defined timelines
  • Ensure all recruitment are in accordance with recruitment policy
  • Develop list placement agencies/HR consultants, Job portals, to be used as approved source of recruitment through out Landmark Group
  • Responsible for managing Functional Hiring
  • Performs initial screening of résumés after comparing it with requirement provided and recommends viable candidates to the line managers
  • Ensure timely coordination of interviews with hiring managers involved in the interview and decision-making
  • Ensure proper reference check is done before making an offer
  • Finalize the job offer after confirming with hiring manager and business unit HR
  • Ensure effective implementation of on-boarding process and New Employee orientation
  • Liase with Learning & development for improving recruitment/interviewing skills through courses, certifications etc
Workforce Planning & Budgeting
  • Develop systems to ensure workforce and talent profiling for the organization, and handle recruitment accordingly
  • Review workforce trends and demographics on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment of organizational strategy with capability requirements of the organization, and make recommendations to fulfill the same
Employer Brand communication
  • Create an employer of choice brand to ensure attraction of worthy talent for the organization
  • Establish and maintain relationships with placement cell at key colleges and business schools to create an employer of choice brand for Landmark and conduct smooth campus recruitment program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic recruitment sources to ensure timely and smooth acquisition of talent
  • Develop strong media partnerships to communicate effective employer of brand
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Educational Qualifications
  • Graduate Degree in Human Resources
  • Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management
Job Experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Hands on- experience with Functional Hiring
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and recruitment policies/processes
