- Developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining in house applications.
- Conduct Training and onboarding sessions for Internal and External users for Aramex Business Platforms
- Assist Internal and External users to solve reported issues on Aramex Business Platforms
- Maintain and develop customized integrations and mappings through in house developed Data Exchange platform (EDIs, APIs)
- Analysis of Business Requirements , prioritizing and implementation of requirements.
- Preparing user guides and documentation.
- Bachelors in IT/Computer Science and a minimum 2 years of software development
- Experience in at least one (or more) major backend development language (Java, .NET C# or PHP).
- Knowledge of different types of Software and Integration Testing.
- Knowledge in working with APIs , Web Services , SOAPUI , POSTMAN , MSSQL, HTML, Databases , XML , JSON
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms like shopify, word press , magento etc
- Experience working with EDI/Integration and message queuing platforms, is a plus
- Experience working with logistics and transportation solutions, is a plus
- Experience in cloud platforms , AWS , Azure , Google is a plus
- Excellent command Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command in English; writing, speaking and reading.
- Well organized.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with teams.
