Responsibilities:
- Create shipping documents based on production
- Check customs requirements country of destination (COO, fumigation, license for customs clearance etc)
- Control of packing as per the company's packing policy
- Check customs mode (temporary/permanent) with customs broker/project manager
- Check and agree inv/pl with customs broker
- After receiving confirmed quotation - booking with forwarder agent/sea lines and checking AWB/Sea Way Bill.
- Preparing and check shipping inv/pl after receiving information from project manager regarding packing details for demob
- Agree with customs broker inv/pl for shipping
- After receiving confirmed quotation booking with forwarder agent/sea lines and checking AWB/Sea Way Bill

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior experience working as Packing Officer is required
- Prior knowledge of warehouse paperwork and experience counting inventory and orders is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in mobilization/demobilization
- ILI tools concepts knowledge
- Warehouse working knowledge.
- Awareness of working in ERP
- Knowledge of English language, working knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
