The role holder is responsible for managing performance marketing channels, optimization and monitor overall strategy to maximize ROI and other KPIs to improve overall efficiency
Core Responsibilities
- Plans, executes and optimizes digital marketing campaigns to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Supports the function to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, and assists the manager to devise strategies for improvement
- Analyses and presents findings from campaign analysis to the manager to facilitate decision making processes
- Supports the function to explore ways of improving existing digital marketing techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinates with agencies to optimize paid campaigns, across Google Ads, Facebook ads, Affiliate network and retargeting
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Strong analytical skills to find trends and optimization opportunities from performance data
- Scorecards, Cohorts, D/W/M Reporting
- Campaign reporting (ROAS, CPC, CPM, CPT, CPL, CPI etc)
- Budget tracking and monitoring
- Advising on optimization / bidding / competitive strategies
- Develop mobile marketing strategies and performance metrics
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing optimization
- Understanding of retargeting and has experience working with Criteo, Adroll etc
- Manage/ monitor spends on paid performance channels
- Understanding of unit economics (LTV/CAC)
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Understanding of marketing funnel approach
- Executional experience with FB ads manager, Google Ads and knowledge of affiliate marketing & retargeting
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Passion for analyzing data to find growth opportunities
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Educational Qualifications and Certificates
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other relevant field

Experience & Skills
- Min. 3 years of experience in performance marketing or similar role
