Sagitec Solutions, LLC is in search of talented and motivated individual to lead Sales for the Middle East and Africa region. Ideal person will be based at our Dubai – United Arab Emirates office.
Responsibilities
- Sell Sagitec Products and Services and develops new account relationships for Pension, Labor and Employment, and Health and Life Sciences practices.
- Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
- Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell company products and/or services.
- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
- Prepares and presents proposals to clients.
- Negotiates, structures, and closes sales that meet customer expectations and Sagitec’s ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
- Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
- Meets sales goals and objectives.
- Sourcing and developing your own leads as well as utilizing leads from current database.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
- 5+ years of previous sales experience preferably for IT and Consulting services.
- Experience in selling to Public and Private (Government and non-Government) organizations.
- Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Arabic.
- Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.
- Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
- Ability to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred.
- Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients, and public
Education
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
