Our client is an innovative and creative company that is looking for a hardworking and dependable Customer Service Representative candidate to join their Customer Service team! This position will be onsite.
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate must be an adaptable learner that is comfortable working in an ever changing environment. Candidates must have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills as they will be assisting subscribers via phone, email, and chat. As the Customer Service Associate you must be able to think on your feet, offering great customer service. At least one year of Customer Support experience is required. It is important that the Customer Service Associate is adaptable, highly motivated and can work well under pressure. There is room for growth and opportunity for permanent placement within the Customer Service team. Responsibilities:
• Provide support to customers via email, phone, and chat
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment ensuring positive interactions with customers
• Provide support to subscribers with product usage questions, billing and subscription inquires and troubleshooting
• Offer exceptional customer support, and respond to customers with urgency
• Work with different departments to provide feedback to improve customer experience
Qualifications:
• Past experience in Customer Support role
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to listen, identify problems, and find solution
• Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills -- both written and verbal
