You will have experience in solution selling and value based selling in the software industry and will be highly familiar with technologies such as Mobile Applications, ECM, Portals, ERP… You will also have experience selling software/hardware of the leading Companies: Microsoft, Oracle, HP, IBM…etc. The Candidate should have minimum Bachelors or MBA or a Degree holder with 3 to 4 years of experience in UAE Market
Responsibilities would include:
- Prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within a defined territory
- Forecasting and tracking of sales opportunities
- Achieving sales targets,
- Use social media and other tools to gain market, prospect and competitive intelligence
- Understanding industry trends, product capabilities and customer requirements,
- Establishing executive level, long term customer relationship for future cross-sell and up-sell opportunities,
- Ensuring customer satisfaction An understanding of software and Hardware technologies & an overall passion for sales within a technology environment and for the business value it drives
- Excellent communication, Negotiation and Presentation skills.
- Should have Direct Selling Experience with well-established connects with UAE based customers.
- Should be able to use existing client network/customer connects to identify upcoming business from market.
- Strategize about offering to the prospective opportunity with the clients.
- Should have very strong experience of Selling IT Solutions & Services – Application Services, Infrastructure Management, System Integration, Enterprise Segment Selling.
- Strong experience in Customer Relationship Management with existing customers.
- Account Management - Should have 4-5 years’ experience in Large to Mid-Sized Account Management.
- Ensure timely Collection of Payment from the client and ensuring business continuity.
