Job Title: Liaison Officer
location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Brief Job Description:

• Process travel documents including visa application of the staffs (top management, senior management and professional staffs)
• Handles travel arrangements for staffs when going abroad for business or training.
• Processes exit and entry visas with appropriate authorities.
• Book or Purchases air tickets for staffs and official guests.
• Handles activities related to the processing of passports for members of staffs travelling abroad.
• Book or Reserves hotel for the staffs when going abroad and the bank’s official guests as and when needed
• Process vaccines and related certificate for staffs traveling abroad
• Handle email correspondence with respect to travel & guests
• Accompanying travellers to and from airport
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Education & Experience:Diploma and above in Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking &Finance, Business Administration and Business Management, and Public Relation, preferable with 3rd grade or equivalent valid driving license. 8/4 years of relevant work experience for diploma or 1st degree holder respectively, and For diploma holder CoC Level IV is obligatory.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills (Both English and Amharic)
• Good knowledge of basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Access and internet usage).
• Good personality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Meeting deadlines (punctual)
