This is a diverse role which would appeal to someone who likes a varied workload and lots of opportunities. You will be supporting two income generating areas of the Acquisition team: Digital Acquisition and Community & Events. This role offers you the opportunity to gain experience of stewarding amazing supporters who fundraise for Plan as well as assisting on the delivery of digital marketing recruitment campaigns. You will help the team to deliver on their objectives and raise critical funds for the children we support. The ideal candidate will be digitally savvy as well as able to communicate with supporters on a one to one level.

In this role, you will:
  • Support the delivery of digital fundraising campaigns, primarily recruiting child sponsors. You will help deliver inspiring adverts, optimise online content, and ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Work with the Community & Events Officer to build relationship with individuals, schools, and organisations to fundraise for us. You will assist in the delivery of key events, developing the stewardship journey and expanding the digital recruitment programme.
  • Be responsible for ensuring key processes are clear and effective with a constant outlook for improvement and innovation.
  • You will be able to demonstrate experience of working on digital marketing campaigns. You’ll also have experience of handling high volumes of routine processes whilst retaining a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail. We are looking for someone who has a flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem solving, making suggestions to improve processes is key to this role as well as experience of communicating clearly, with the ability to adapt your communication style for different groups of audiences.
