JOB DESCRIPTION
Rimon General Trading PLC is a major industry player in the import export business in Ethiopia. Our company has been contributing a lot for our country for many years. We export livestock, agricultural products and import variety of products.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements• Overseeing all aspects of the building process,
• Working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables,
• Determine labor and material costs. They are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONEducation & Experience
• BSC in Civil Engineering, Construction Management and related fields
• Four or more years of experience.
Skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
