About the Role
With thousands of great products arriving on our shelves, a smooth back office makes a huge difference to the success of the whole business. From taking care of deliveries, date code checking, handing out the keys/delivery schedules to our drivers, and answering phone calls from suppliers, our Administration Team is a key part of the operation.You'll also be responsible for:
- Answering the phone in a warm and friendly manner
- Managing and filing paperwork
- Managing the post
- Topping up printer supplies
- Requesting reports, entering data and being security conscious
- Providing support to the People Manager with personnel tasks
- Date code checking fresh products
There may also be times when we need your help in other departments to ensure the smooth running of the operation allowing us to deliver the excellent service our customers expect. We all work as one team to deliver a great shopping experience for our customers.
We'll work with you on your shifts, but the chances are you'll have to work some evenings and weekends and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern – there's something to suit everyone.
