Job Description:
- You assist the forwarders with the planning, booking and handling of shipments
- You provide the complete export documentation for the driver
- You maintain contact with potential and existing customers as well as with foreign branches and partners about transport
- You communicate any problems with the customer and propose acceptable solutions for all parties
Finally, you take care of the shipment registration, forwarding documents and customs documents and you take care of the associated sorting and archiving activities
Job Experience:
- Several years of work experience in a similar position at an International Logistics service provider
- Graduate.
- Good command of English language, word and writing.
