Job Description:
- As an analyst you perform the tests necessary to identify pathogens in the clinical materials provided. You perform diagnostic analyzes on bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites by means of culture and/or molecular biological techniques.
- You work according to procedures laid down in SOP, which in practice means that you work largely routinely.
- The daily work mainly consists of deploying and reading cultures. In addition, you perform molecular determinations and manage and maintain equipment and research resources.
Furthermore, various areas of attention are divided among the various analysts.
Job Experience:
- Graduate Or Diploma with a specialization in Microbiology
- Experience with processing patient material within a diagnostic laboratory (pre)
- A critical look at yourself, but also at others: you are well able to give constructive feedback and you enjoy coming up with ideas
