Job Description:
- Supporting employees by providing one-on-one guidance to users, organizing training courses and developing manuals
- Analyzing and solving 2nd-line problems and user questions in collaboration with the Shared Service Organization
- Monitoring your progress in handling incidents, problems and changes
- If appropriate, you coordinate functional requirements and wishes with users, and do you arrive at a supported program of requirements
- You are responsible for the optimal functioning of the business applications and you submit solicited and unsolicited improvement proposals
Job Experience:
- working and thinking level and a relevant education in the field of ICT
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Result-oriented, independent, analytical, careful, didactic
- Customer-friendly and proactive attitude
- Good (functional) knowledge and experience with office automation, AFAS, Office 365 including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
- Familiar with project work
