Assistant Human Resources Manager is primarily responsible for managing and ensuring the efficient administration of the Human Resources division. Job functions include, but not limited to, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, HR policies and procedures implementation, employee relations and engagement programs planning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of talent acquisition and end to end recruitment services
- Including posting of job advertisements, assessment and selection, onboarding, performance management, and etc;
- Work with various line managers of business functions to provide strategic human resources consultation and total solutions, for instance headcount budget estimation and control;
- Ensure talent acquisition within payroll budget and in line with business and manning strategy;
- Identify and suggest areas for HR process simplification and continuous improvement;
- Oversee and manage the hotel’s compensation and benefits program with the assistance of Associate Human Resources Director.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the HR policies and procedures, applicable legislation and UAE Labor Law.
- Plan and lead HR engagement programs.
- Manage HR social media channels as part of the employer branding.
- Participate and support ad hoc duties in human resources.
Skills & Qualifications:
- University graduate with a degree preferably in Human Resources Management or a related discipline;
- Must have Extensive experience in a complex environment within an International Luxury Hotel Group.
- Experience a leading large team of multi-nationalities and cultures.
- Preferably Worked in the Middle East.
- Attention to details and deadlines;
- Self-motivated team player and able to work multi-tasks independently;
- Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility;
