Client Advisors are responsible for the growth, profitability and client satisfaction of a book of business containing complex priority accounts. Client Advisors "deliver the firm" by aligning client strategies and needs to MarshMcLennan’s enterprise-wide capabilities and resources. This includes developing and managing key client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, fostering a culture of continuous process improvement and achieving high levels of client satisfaction. A Client Advisor is an established, independent individual contributor, whose work has a direct impact on the team's outcomes.This role will be part of the Partner Management team within Marsh's US Affinity organization, focused on growing Marsh’s presence in the consumer and personal lines segment through the use of digital products and partnerships. This position can be remote anywhere in the US.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing the day to day strategies for multiple clients through the creation and leading of interdepartmental service product teams and maximizing the effective delivery of client projects and administrative services.• Agile focus with organization, planning, prioritization, and resource delivery to accomplish defined project objectives or to lead implementations.
• Works closely with scrum team and scrum master on digital implementations.
• Developing renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with the Placement, Advisory Leader and Partner Manager, executing in accordance with client instructions.
• Analyzing proposals from carriers and providing analysis to assist with the development of program solutions and renewals.
• Collaborating with Advisory Leaders and Partner Management colleagues on business goals and RFP development through research and document preparation supporting the design, development, and marketing of new insurance and risk products.
• Offers technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships when needed to ensure relationship satisfaction and facilitate a mutual internal and external understanding.
• Addresses escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, helps manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks and applies judgement as to when to escalate major issues.
• Contributes to the firm’s body of knowledge through active internal communication to keep abreast of changing marketing trends.
• Contributes to client retention through effective risk solutions and excellence in service.
We would like you to have:
• 2+years’ experience being in a client advisor role, 5+ years of work experience• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking
• Industry background in insurance preferred (underwriting, brokerage, P&C)
• Experience with client delivery in Agile environment
• Exception organizational/project management skills
• Knowledge of QlikSense, Tableau, Microstrategy, or other BI tool is a plus
• 4 years college degree
