Job description
Employment: Full TimeNextGen Web Technology DMCC is a software development company with an ambitious growth plan located in the DMCC free zone. We develop and lease custom software products used by clients in the marketing and e-commerce industries.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the office is functioning smoothly.• Organize and schedule meetings, and appointments.
• Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
• Ensure that guests are greeted in a good manner and that refreshments are stocked.
• Communicate with suppliers and ensure that invoices are paid & sent to our bookkeeper.
• Maintain an up to date and easy to use filing system of all Corporate documents electronically and hard copy files.
• Keep an expense ledger.
• Acquire comparable offers from different providers for tasks sent to third parties.
• Order office equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with the clients/suppliers involved in regular business operations.
• Organization of business trips for colleagues including preparation of travel orders, booking of accommodation and flights.
• Coordinate and assist new hires with reallocation, Visa, etc. You will be assisted by a third-party company.
• Communicate with the free-zone authority on tasks such as new Visas, etc.
• Assist legal, HR and payroll.

Requirements
The perfect candidate:• Has a Happy and friendly personality.
• Has 2 years of working experience in a similar or identical position.
• Has Experience with the MS Office suit.
• Is Fluent in English, verbal & written.
• Has the Ability to work unsupervised and delivery high quality work.
• Has attention to detail.
• Can start immediately.
