ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
REPORT TO: Head of Corporate Marketing/Senior ManagerRESPONSIBLE FOR: Digital & Social Marketing
JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, the Deputy Manager - should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers). The candidate will also be responsible for the organisation's social media online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing the accounts of Corporate and Hospitals.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and SnapChat, adapting content to suit different channels
- Evaluate and report consumer preferences and behaviors combined with market trends and historical data to adjust and enhance marketing campaigns
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools.
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
- Undertake audience research
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, analyze and report web analytics and social media analytics of the overall brand for measuring performance using data analytics and visualization tools
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
- Analyze competitor performance to enhance SEO, PPC, content marketing & Social Media
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
- Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
- Manage a budget for social media activities
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
- Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
- Regularly liaise with facilities, via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face
- Track, analyze and report the performance of social and digital campaings.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION, LICENSURE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL SKILLS:Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree
Preferred Experience: 4-6 years marketing experience preferably in a hospital set-up.
Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not necessary.
Computer Literacy.
Understanding of online tools - Canva, Clideo, and video editing tools.
