Hiring a HR Assistant for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle including issuance of employment contracts and employee reference checks.
  • Support all aspects of onboarding process including HR Inductions and scheduling induction meetings with respective stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with IT, HR and Finance departments to set up new employees prior to start date.
  • Ensure all correct documentation for new employees is signed off and filed in hard and soft formats.
  • Support resourcing team with candidate database management and schedule interviews.
  • Provide support on visa handling where required by HR team.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
  • 1-3 years in a similar capacity within an HR Department.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Planning, organisation and decision-making ability.
