Job Description
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor the daily warehouse operations, including the proper storage and retrieval of goods to facilitate timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Compile and submit timely reports to customers and management on KPIs, as needed
- Prepare for and attend MBR and QBR meetings with the customer
- Ensure timely and correct invoicing
- Provide booking slots for inbound and outbound shipments
- Optimize the daily delivery plans and analyze warehouse data, while ensuring a continuous improvement culture
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:- Have practical work experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics software (ERP) and RF scanners, across various aspects of warehousing operations
- Good warehouse organization skills
- Be a pleasant communicator and team-player, with a passion for performance
