Job description:
- Processing of price offers, according to the requirements of colleagues
- Preparing bulk emails
- Complete order processing
- Confirmation to clients
- Ordering from the supplier
- Organizing / supervising transport + communication with the supplier
- Receipt of goods and distribution to clients
- Creation of invoices
- Participation in public procurement
- After communication with the customer / colleagues, prepare the goods
- Registration in the General Assembly, including all documentation
Job Experience:
- Practice in administration min. 1 year
- Product price update
- Communication with the provider
- Product updates
- Advanced computer knowledge (working with CRM, Excel)
- The advantage is the basic technical ability (or at least fun when assembling the basic device)
