• Telephone support from medical practices and medical centers
• Independent recording, processing and fulfillment of support requests
• Analysis of a problem and effective provision of solutions
• Remote maintenance for installations and configurations
• Support of customers by phone and remote maintenance

Job Qualifications:

• Medical assistant
• Experience in telephone support
• Knowledge of the processes of medical facilities
• Experience with doctor information systems (e.g. CGM TURBOMED)
• Basic technical understanding
• Customer-oriented work
• Service and customer oriented communication skills
