Job Responsibilities:
- Create and track offers for sales services
- Enter and invoice orders and check incoming payments
- Coordination and cooperation with the sales engineer and assistance in winning the order
- Telephone customer support and advice for commercial inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive support for the field service
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in processing in sales or service, ideally in an industrial company
- good technical comprehension
- Confident handling of MS Office and good SAP knowledge
- Basic knowledge of English in order to be able to process inquiries in English
- You work on your tasks in a structured and independent manner and take responsibility for the results. You are open and confident in dealing with customers and colleagues. Through your professional experience, you can assess customer needs well and find the right communication in a wide variety of conversation situations.
