Job Description:
A cleaning contractor will be appointed to provide staff for the day-to-day cleaning of all WASH containers (WC’s and showers).Cleaning staff will be organized and managed on site by Watershed with the support of leading cleaning contractor teams.
All cleaning materials, equipment and PPEs will be provided by company.
The two roles (Administrator and Assistant) will be responsible for the cleaning project as a whole, which means that the skills and experience of the management team will need to complement each other as they work together to perform all project-related tasks.
Job Profile:
The ideal cleaning project manager will have previous experience in this area of expertise (cleaning and disinfection protocols) and will have prior experience managing teams, rotas and workflows.Good interpersonal and coordination skills are required, as well as the ability to maintain ethics, working closely with other executives, volunteers, contractors and suppliers.
