Job Responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them in all questions relating to our projects and products.
  • You answer inquiries personally and partly by phone and email.
  • You record technical faults in customer connections and give the customer initial instructions.
  • You will support the team in all accompanying office activities.
  • You ensure long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction with your communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • You support us in the continuous optimization of processes and standards.

Job Qualifications:

  • You enjoy dealing with people.
  • You regularly take part in the company’s internal training courses.
  • You are characterized by a high level of customer orientation and enthusiasm.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of telecommunications and / or experience in customer service.
  • You like to work with IT systems and find your way around quickly.
  • You work independently and with your cordial nature you are a problem solver for our customers.
