
Job Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them in all questions relating to our projects and products.
- You answer inquiries personally and partly by phone and email.
- You record technical faults in customer connections and give the customer initial instructions.
- You will support the team in all accompanying office activities.
- You ensure long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction with your communication skills and enthusiasm.
- You support us in the continuous optimization of processes and standards.
Job Qualifications:
- You enjoy dealing with people.
- You regularly take part in the company’s internal training courses.
- You are characterized by a high level of customer orientation and enthusiasm.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of telecommunications and / or experience in customer service.
- You like to work with IT systems and find your way around quickly.
- You work independently and with your cordial nature you are a problem solver for our customers.
