What do we expect from you?

  • You will be the main point of contact for the regional markets to support the day-to-day client service activities and stock repair needs across regional platforms, boutique workshops, external workshops, and partners.
  • You will ensure the good execution and the quality of the interventions done by RCS and external workshops.
  • You will liaise and support complex complaints management between the Client Call Center and retail network and partner boutiques.
  • You will coordinate the follow-up of technical performance reporting by the Client Service Dashboard activities.
  • You will Ensure Client service requests on the boutique level such as jewelry cleaning & shining and strap exchange services are properly executed.
  • You will Participate in Client service-related trainings for the boutique network.
  • You will ensure the optimum quality of boutique stock at all times.
  • You will support the organization of boutique workshop openings and participate in various projects aiming at improving the overall client experience (such as CRM campaigns, pick-up, and delivery, and eCommerce.
  • You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all levels!
