Job Responsibilities:
– Prepare invoices for the Customs Department of daily basis for all deliveries.– Custom clearance for outgoing and incoming delivery.
– Preparing the letter and needed paper for outgoing and incoming material.
– Preparing RAK Chamber documents and deal with RAK Chamber for export.
– Process the Certification of Origin for export certificate.
– Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate with maintenance agent.
– RAK Traffic and Police Dept. for vehicle renewal and accidents.
– Vehicle’s insurances, registration renewal.
– Prepare purchase order local and foreign.
– Do the suppliers inquiry regarding raw materials, parts and other materials needed for production & maintenance.
– Check the daily stock position levels of finished goods, raw materials and others related to production.
– Communicate and coordinate with suppliers through telephone and emails.
– Finding source for any requirement in materials, spare parts or AMC services and get GM’s approval.
– Response to any sister company’s requirement whenever there’s any like local material & spare parts sourcing.
– Follow-up with the suppliers regarding procedures of ordering and deliveries.
– Follow the instructions and advises given by the DGM.
– Perform Daily Bank check and cash deposits.
– To report any near miss / incidents to the Department Head / Management.
– To comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 22000 procedures, policy, manual, and formats.
