About the role:
We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to be based in Dubai, UAE to be part of our Aftersales Department. The role is expected to receive customers, note down exactly what the job requires, provide estimate with job explanations, prepare job cards, follow up the jobs in the workshop, take approvals for additional repairs, inform any delays, deliver the vehicle, and explain the invoice to customers.Your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Attend to the customers in a friendly manner while collecting accurate data of the problem for quick resolution at the workshop.
- Ensure adequate number of Repair Order as per the business flow while accurately providing proper cost and time estimate to the customer.
- Provide clear explanation of the invoice details and job done.
- Deliver the vehicle in person to the customer.
- Obtain high standards of Customer Service Value through Resolution of Customer concerns at the earliest time and ensures satisfaction.
- Ensure Completion of dealer certification requirements.
About you:
- Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Full understanding and experience of Automotive dealer / distributor business processes
- Working knowledge of MS office and ERP software
- Experienced in customer handling skills
- Excellent English good communication skills
