Summary of the role
Working with existing and new Destination Management Organization (DMO) clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction in addition to ongoing business growth.This role is responsible for ensuring that revenue for media campaigns and data solutions are fully met and delivered on time to the client. Furthermore, the Account Manager will build and maintain strong internal relationships within Amadeus Hospitality in addition to external media agencies to develop strategic advertising campaign that meet their objectives.
This position works closely with the Director of Sales/Sales Management team to ensure ongoing revenue targets are met and delivered.
Main responsibilities
- Manage DMO/Advertiser on boarding process and provide detailed launch information to Campaign Management. Ensuring that all signed off revenue agreements can be met by the campaign management team.
- Work with DMO clients to implement Amadeus hospitality data solutions. Ensure a smooth onboarding program and elevate any account issues that arise and also provide ongoing support.
- Monitor campaign performance and providing insights into optimizations and performance updates. Presenting solutions to the client on how we can better optimize the campaigns and drive additional revenue for Amadeus.
- Analysis of campaign results, market insights and post campaign insights to be shared with clients and used internally to enhance campaign setup and see where improvements can be made.
- Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to ensure a perfect execution of the campaigns and data products.
- Present campaign results and insights to clients in calls or in-person meetings. Providing internal feedback about which features clients are asking for which will add value (based on client feedback and market trends.
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of account management experience in similar environment is required.
- Programmatic AdTech Experience.
- Experience dealing with strategic, complex government organizations, media agencies, Data Knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English. Other languages: French, Arabic are an asset.
