Requirements

Responsibilities

• Check and supervise all QS works
• Prepare project budgetary/concept design cost estimates
• Update project cost during schematic and detailed engineering process and value engineering
• Participate in value engineering activities and contribute advice on cost and value aspect of the project
• Perform Tender Analysis, Evaluation and Reports
• Check & evaluate contractor's claim for billing and variations (on Post-Contract stage)
• Conduct cost study for other options and cost savings purpose during construction stage
• Assist the technical manager on other technical issues and preparation of technical documents.
