Responsibilities

• Budget for Material procurement according to schedule of materials
• Finalizing sub-contractors within scheduled budget
• Submission of interim valuations, approval of payment certificates
• Certification of sub-contractor invoices
• Preparation of Interim Valuations, approval of payment applications, Final accounts.
• Analysis of Variations, rate analysis, approval and agreement of rates.
• Monitoring financial status (profit/loss) on monthly basis.
• Certification of sub-contractor’s valuations.
• Floating enquiries, Technically Comparing Supplier’s specification with the contract specification.
• Negotiating the rates with suppliers and receiving quotation below budget.
• Preparation of Sub-contract agreement.
• Drafting Contractual letters to substantiate claims.
