Job Description
- Follows up, organizes and handles personnel records.
- Collects and organize data with regard to human resource management function, assists the immediate supervisor in undertaking studies with related matters.
- Collects and compiles statistical data on personnel matters.
- Follows up, approves and records attendance of employees, prepares attendance reports for payment.
- Drafts letters on personnel issues and submits for signature in accordance with decision.
- Follows up and notifies in due time the concerned officials about ending contracts and probation periods.
- Distributes employees’ performance evaluation forms, ensures that all are filled out properly and compiles the result.
- Performs registration of applicants and preliminary screening.
- Assist the facilitation of learning & development programs.
- Follow the company grooming and uniform management guidelines are adhered.
- Encodes personal data into computer.
Job Requirements
- BA Degree in Business Management or Management or Human Resource Management or related field of studies.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate commendably.
- Proven skill in basic computer and writing.
- Good understanding of labor law
