Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- You will oversee the execution of accurate and timely forecast and demand plan from suppliers to customers/stores
- Oversee the execution of accurate and timely forecast based sales history and gathered information from marketing & commercial
- Adhere to inventory guidelines and provide closed loop feedback regarding forecast trends and accuracy
- Recommend forecasting model/tools targeting optimal forecast accuracy defined by Operations Manager
- Review and challenge SKU level demand plan
- Develop key metrics and measurement for Operations Manager to facilitate effective decision making Act as the head light of the Group relating to demand/supply issues
- Manage the ordering process from budget to return to vendor and work closely with the team in charge of executing the orders Challenge inventory control activities
- You will formulate and communicate Department performance objectives and continuously monitor progress and alignment towards strategic objectives
- You will develop the Department policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfilment of organizational requirements

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Strong buying knowledge and retail options
- You will have strategic vision and have successful prepared business studies and demand plans Outstanding business and financial Acumen
- Effectively executed forecasts and demand plans from suppliers to customers/stores
- Analyst inventory and sales history, whilst working closely with marketing and commercials to ensure accurate data
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
