Job Function:
To perform & supervise qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis of various materials associated with the operations. Manage daily activities of lab systems including BULK/FP, Raw and Pack materials releases on time. Effectively coordinate, report and communicate with Quality Lab Head and all relevant departments.Essential Responsibilities:
Analytical Testing Work:- Chemical/Physical Analysis of BULK/FP, Raw and Pack materials and release on time.
- Report results in SAP QM and other release documents.
- Report Out of limit result immediately.
- Release Raw and Pack materials.

- Documents collection and review of production packet.
- Compilation of lab data for specific batch to release.
- Review and signing off batch packet.
Lab Controls:
- Complete trainings on testing methods.
- Create Validation protocol / report and perform verification checks of instruments.
- Review of calculations of last shift.
- Calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Preparation and standardization of chemicals.
- Sample retention.
- Participate in Lab Co-op program
- Inventory management of lab chemicals.
- Washing of glassware and apparatus.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Running various time saving, cost saving and other projects.
- Participation and ownership of safety systems.
- Lab Housekeeping.
- Preparation lab SOPs and etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Chemistry or Master’s in Microbiology with chemistry or Biochemistry as subject in Graduation.
- Basic training on all of above mentioned activities.
- Good personal communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS office.
