Customer Care Representative is responsible for ensuring a pleasant and satisfactory stay by responding and coordinating all inquiries and providing them essential information. She will maintain and promote excellence in hospitality and customer service at all times by welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and professional manner during their stay/visit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationship by professionally communicating & providing outstanding service.
  • Communicating and guiding about all essential procedures/documentation.
  • Entertaining all the booking requests and proceeding with required documentation/registration
  • Identifying & coordinating guests’ inquiries/complaints resolve them within defined timelines.
  • Tracking & coordinating with related departments/teams as required
  • Aligning & scheduling appointments with guests and service teams.
  • Tracking & following up for ongoing complaints / requests until completion.
  • Adherence & compliance to company policies & procedures.
  • Ensuring timely escalation and reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of UAE Experience with Hotel/Hospitality industry as Client relation/Guest Relation
  • Proficiency in English is essential, both written and verbal. (Other languages especially Arabic and Russian will be an advantage)
  • Proficient in business correspondence through emails, phone calls, whatsapp / online portals.
  • IT skills: Excel, world, online applications and portals
  • Must be guest service focused and a team player.
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules – morning, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Immediate availability of joining
