Job Description
A leading regional bank based in Dubai is seeking an experienced finance leader to hold the CFO position. This will be to lead an established function that covers financial management, financial control and data management of the retail and commercial banking activities. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on their Management Committee the CFO will play a key role in the management and development of the bank. Ideally candidates will be well versed in core financial control and reporting and also have excellent financial management and planning. They will also be responsible for data governance and management within the bank so experience in this area would e preferred.The bank is ongoing in its digitalisation and development of banking products and services and the CFO will be key in progressing these further, so candidates should be forward thinkers with an excellent understanding of banking developments. They should be qualified accountants with strong management skills and experience.
