Job Description
This Middle East investment fund is going through a period of rapid development due to ongoing funding and they are seeking an additional Portfolio Manager to build, develop and monitor a real estate investment portfolio. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for developing investment strategy and processes, research and due diligence, reporting investment recommendations and post investment reporting and performance management. Typically investments will be $100 mill + per commitment and primarily investing in real estate funds and co-investments, with no geographical restraints.Check Other Recent Jobs here!
Successful candidates will have a real estate investment background in a major investor, possibly a pension fund, insurance company or sovereign fund and will have in depth experience in analysing indirect investments and co-investments in real estate. The role, based in Abu Dhabi, will offer an outstanding tax free salary and benefits package.
