Job Description
My client is a financial services firm covering multiple regions around the world. They are predominantly known for their fund administration and regulatory hosting services and are looking for a legal Officer to support the head of the regulatory hosting business.This position will support the business across multiple areas but will predominantly focus on transactional work and regulatory support. There will be a lot of commercial contracts and agreements work but there will be plenty of support on this.
This is a new hire created specifically to support the head o the business who is a qualified Lawyer due to increased workloads.
The role will suit an experience paralegal looking to take on a broader role. The ideal candidate will have exposure to the fund management industry and be familiar with alternative investments/AIFM’s.
This is a rare opportunity to take on a really big role and develop into a vital part of a small team. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and make a real difference to the company.
Applicants need to have demonstrable experience of the investment management industry and be eligible to work in the UK.
