Job Description
This role reports into the Head of Risk and regulatory.My client are and exciting fintech payments firm.
This role will report into the Head of Risk and Regulatory and be managing one person. They have been sharing this role across desks but now want one person to manage a complex number of risks across the business.
This role will require conduct risk experience as well as controls testing design and implementation.
Because this is a B2B business you will not just be looking at the companies risks but going beyond this and looking at the people they work with risk profiles.
Ideally you will have experience of identifying risks in retail banking or payments sector and developing compliance frameworks.
Experience working at an external advisory firm (e.g. consulting firms) on building and recommending improvements to conduct risk frameworks.
Detailed insight into the FCA’s conduct approach, recent developments and upcoming changes.
