EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Certification in Graphic Design/Fine Arts/Multimedia Design or related fields
- Creativity and graphic design skills.
- Experience with social media platforms
- Experience with photography and video shooting/editing
- Be able to produce original ideas.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in handling social media/graphic design
JOB DESCRIPTION & OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design
- Highly creative and productive
- Stellar content creation and curation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Create images, logos, and other visuals with an innate sense of graphic design including font selection, imagery, colors and layout
- Edit photography, images, and video
- Maintain catalog of images, photos, video and work products
- Ensure visual consistency of brand across mediums
- Provide hands on support of daily communication activities including social media posts, e-newsletters, presentations, collateral development, creation of graphics and web updates.
Social Media
- Manage all aspects of social media for assigned projects.
- Create/Source content on social media channels. Primarily Instagram YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
- Source content for social media channels in coordination with Mall tenants
- Finalizing social media calendar and implementing it.
- Covering live events happening at the mall & store openings.
- Develop content of marketing campaigns
- Support in the planning, organizing necessary logistics and implementation of events, road shows and exhibitions, as assigned
- Contribute to and implement social media strategy in alignment with brand requirements.
- Monitor and update Mall Social Media Portals at all times, including outside of office working hours.
- Ensure social media platforms are up to date including events and images in all available languages.
- Ensure customer comments are answered in accordance with guidelines.
- Analyse competitors’ social media trends, websites and their strategies.
- Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Performing other duties when needed.
