Job Description:
Purpose:
The role holder is responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner as well as control and supervise overall Production department. Monitor the ongoing Production material quality, analysis of the performance of the Production line in the shop floor The role holder is responsible for replication of various projects and procedures across units.Preparing and completing action plans; implementing forecast accuracy; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change and should have strong command on all the working principles, knowledge on trouble shooting and maintenance activities. The Manager must be high on process compliance, having strong eye for process details.

• The role holder is responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.• Ensure Safety measures and cGMP principles are being followed.
• Supervises the overall activities in the assigned area of responsibility and production related equipment’s track Maintenance schedules
• Seek to improve all aspects of the current processes by reviewing current methodology, provide information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Preparing and completing action plans; implementing forecast accuracy; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change and should have strong command on all the working principles, knowledge on trouble shooting and maintenance activities.
• Planning, implementation, and supervising shop floor activities in production department
• Ensures the standards of hygiene and quality are maintained in the department.
• Verifies and approves the batch Production documents.
• Responsible for preparation, execution and aftercare of Improvement Projects OEE implementations within the assigned work area.
• Optimum utilization of resources, upkeep quality to reduce the market complaints, controls productivity level & gets maximum output with required man power utilization.
• Writes, implements, and ensure compliance of SOP’s.
• Planning daily/weekly/monthly plans, organizing, control, coordinating the activities related to the plant.
• Present monthly planning and achievements to Head of the Department with the challenges
• QMS - Handling of deviations, Change controls, OOS & OOT Investigations.
• Audit preparation and handle internal and external auditors to fulfill the requirements
• Knowledge on New equipment qualifications and validation for commercial use
• Maintain good relation with the CFTs related to raw/packing material, Engineering, warehouse, and Quality to ensure continuous operations.
• Monitor monthly performance and function KPIs to ensure the organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and compliance are met. People Interact & Support
• Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the training outcomes in coordination with the concerned employees in the HR and Admin Department
• Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company.
Qualifications: - Education
• 4 years Bachelor degree in Pharmacy /Science• Masters’ degree in Industrial Pharmacy is highly
preferred - Experience:
• At least 8-10+ years’ experience in similar organization in Pharmaceuticals / Health care / Medical Industry.Training:

• Must have strong project management skill to initiate, develop various key activities in the plant

• Motivated and highly organized professional and should be able to juggle competing priorities, with high level of integrity and professionalism.

• You are a team leader with a proactive and collaborative approach with ability to think diversely and understand the big picture.

Technical Competencies:
