TAL Garments Manufacturing PLC job vacancy in Sidama - Financial Accountant

Job Description

• Carry out month-end / year-end closing operations in-line with the Group and local guidelines.
• Prepare financial statements (e.g. P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) in accordance with Country and Division accounting procedures as assigned by the Financial Accounting Manager.
• Prepare cash flow reports in support of the cash flow forecast by the Financial Accounting Manager.
• Verify financial transactional documents (e.g. invoices, claims, etc.) for accuracy and validity. Investigate and resolve inaccurate and/or invalid transactions as needed.
• Follow-up the assigned accounts receivables which are past the agreed payment period.
• Prepare tax filing, tax payments and tax returns applications in a timely manner and in accordance with Country regulations.

Job Requirements

Education: First Degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience: 3-4 Years in the manufacturing sector.
