Job Description
- Perform assembly, disassembly and sanitation activities within the production area by complying with the operational, HSE and food safety standards in place.
- Ensure the pre-operational sanitation of the areas, which may include: dry cleaning, waste segregation & disposal, chemical handling, open plant cleaning (OPC), disinfection, etc.
- Ensure the LOTO compliance within the workplace.
- Perform daily equipment sanitation and production startups.
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and suppliers instructions related to machinery
- Excellent understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of the machine parts and maintenance.
- Ability to read, understand and comply with tasks described on the Operating Procedures and Work Instruction.
- Good understanding and application of food safety standards.
- Good understanding and application of safety and environmental standards
- Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
