Job Description
- Training delivery as per the training calendar
- Administration of the Learning Management System
- Following-up and coordinating for the completion of Learning Checklist, Knowledge tests, eLearning courses and brand trainings time-to-time.
- Preparing of monthly dashboards and other training reports as required by the management using LMS
- Using various tools and independently creating highly engaging micro learning modules as per the trainers' need
- Maintaining/updating Rivoli Vision knowledge Bank in LMS
- Supporting new joiners to successfully complete their learning journey within the timelines
- Conducting Training Audits through Store visits as per the business requirement
Profile
- Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree with specialization in HR
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Certification in Adult learning/ELearning Instructional designing(Preferred)
- Good communication & presentation skills (Verbal & written), preferably an Arabic speaker
- Expert in MS Excel and experience in working with LMS, e-learning content development.
- Knowledge and Interest towards learning technologies & its application.
- Creativity and Passion in making learning videos using online tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
