Currently we are looking for a Team Leader Industrial Projects who will drive high performance and lead team in executing initiatives and strategies to meet goals and objectives to deliver best-in-class service to customers.

Your task will be:
- Monitor all KPI’s and SLA’s to meet clients expectations. Overall accountability on the operations/customer service requirements for the accounts.
- Continuous improvement and innovative solutions to bring about efficiencies and best practices in the business.
- Regularly reviews and communicates progress against objectives and adjusts as needed Inspires results and respect by empowerment, accountability and recognizing the contribution of others.
- Ensure escalations and feedback is reviewed on monthly basis; root cause and corrective actions are cascaded to team and department heads as required.
- Ensure that all urgent shipments/rig downs are monitored and shipments executed on time, guide the team with customized solutions depending on requirement.
- Drive strategy to achieve company/department goals & ensures strategies and plans are clearly communicated to team.
- Aligns & plan resources to ensure business continuity.
- Supervise, set objectives for team, appraise and support team to display high levels of individual and team performance to achieve department objectives.
- Monthly review of R & R Tracker, and TI status.
- Provides employees, colleagues and business partners with candid and regular feedback; Provides employees with development opportunities; Supports employees with career opportunities; inspires others to develop themselves.
- Ensure compliance to HSE standards are maintained, monitor adherence to DHL and customer’s specified standards.
- Active participation in customer implementation process with line manager and/or implementation team for smooth on-boarding of customers
Your profile should look like:
- Minimum of 5 + years of experience in Freight Forwarding
- Set goals and objectives for team to achieve department objectives & strategic plans.
- Collaborate and develop strategy to manage accounts, improve operational efficiency, increase revenue generating opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Well versed with handling Industrial Projects and Oil & Gas clients shipments.
- Strong Communication and Problem solving skill
- Diligent attention to details
