Job Responsibilities:
- Replenishments are done regularly, and accuracy of stocks maintained in the warehouse making maximum use of space and resources
- Ageing standards are followed and the stock turns are maintained as per company policy
- Damage control and shrinkage levels are maintained in terms of manufacturing defects, customer returns, on the floor damages and transit damages and reports are communicated to the management from time to time
- Correct procedures in terms of STS, WRN, SRN, and SDN are followed, and records are maintained and documented
- Monitor the discount with respect to selling of damage stock and necessary approvals taken
- New Shipment details / arrivals / CPS are updated and communicated to sales staff and stock requisition regularly
- Exhibit and promote high standards of internal customer care
- Ensure operations strategy to maximize the process efficiency and productivity at Warehouse
- Manage & own warehouse operations, inventory & hygiene & Safety standard.
- Utilize continuous improvement strategies & ensure transportation & distribution policies are aligned with the company's overall business plan.
- Work within cross-functional teams to investigate service failures & develop, implement, & monitor appropriate corrective & preventative action.
- Drive consistency & cost reduction through the creation & implementation of SOP & SLA.
- Effectively manages broken & damaged goods utilizing a hands-on technician who keep on hand inventory levels manageable.
- Ensures staff ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to & from storage configurations.
Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training
Any Graduate degree in Business Administration.
Minimum Experience
Min 2-4 years Supply Chain experience in Retail background
Specific / Relevant Experience
- Working experience with WMS / Quality / Ecom
- Good working knowledge in Excel, data tools & PPT
- Good communication skills OBJECTIVE
