Key responsibilities
- Key day-to-day activities include programming, data management, tabulation, quality assurance and project communication.
- Perform data validation to assess data quality during complete data processing cycle. Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
- Produce database for analysis and reporting purposes based on client specific requirements.
- Designing utilities and routines for automation with a focus on process improvements.
- Prepare key tables at various demographic and segment level for checking the trends. Follow all checking protocols (KPI tables, Respondent level checking, Trends etc) before releasing the database to Client servicing teams.
- Collaborate with other operations team on a day to day basis for clarification and feedback on data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Advanced university degree in Computer Science.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in handling relational databases and advanced knowledge on data management routines using SQL Server and design/architectural patterns, reporting services (SSRS).
- Experienced in creating views, functions and stored procedures and creating database triggers for use in automation. Ability to design optimized SQL queries for integration with other applications.
- Proven experience in using digital technology to design and implementation of tools for process improvements and automation.
- Experience in data analysis/data processing, tabulation and experience in working with complex data sets in online /Offline environment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages like C#, Visual Basic .NET is preferred.

- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Self-educator/desire to improve own knowledge and skills inclusive of upcoming /new data analytical systems and programming techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent consultancy skills with ability to build rapport with variety of people, including clients (non-technical & technical).
- Able to adapt to change to meet the business needs.
- Good project management skills.
