Job Information:

  • agenda management
  • organization of travel and preparation of travel files
  • participation in updating internal procedures
  • archiving of files
  • management of supplies, subscriptions, service providers and invoice tracking
  • communication actions: companies, banks, investment funds, law firm and accounting expertise and press – development and monitoring of the production of different media (A4, A5 …, brochures, leaflet)
  • management of communication tools: website, database and social networks

Job Requirements:

  • business school, communication school
  • good level of English, another language would be a plus
  • very good command of advanced functions of: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (InDesign would be a plus)
  • flawless writing and spelling
  • rigor and sense of organization
  • interpersonal skills and listening skills
  • taste for teamwork
