Come & join our international team that supports operations for our MEA business. As our Business Operations specialist you will business and sales operations functions which include sales reports & systems, Channel programs and sales commissions which will give you the opportunity to collaborate with the sales team and improve your knowledge in the field.

What will your tasks be once you join us?

  • Reporting : Ensuring all teams have a common daily view of business status and gaps are identified timely and managed appropriately.
  • Own and drive BMS cadence within region(Format, frequency, metrics etc)
  • Sales Incentives and Commissions: Quarterly setup, management and ownership of timely and accurate payouts.
  • Channel enablement: implementation of channel programs and setup. Drive adoption within territories and ensure payout accuracy within prescribed timelines.
  • Drive adoption of channel enablement tools and systems as devised centrally.
  • Liasing with EMEA HQ team for driving Process Improvement initiatives and BT and IT projects, under central guidance.
  • Database management – customers and partners.

Organization

You will report to our Operations Manager based in the UAE, however, supporting customers in Middle East and Africa. You will participate in weekly Collaborative Planning calls.

Position Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in sales or business operations
  • Are customer-focused as you will communicate with customers & internally every day
  • Proficiency in Excel (from intermediate up to advanced level )
  • Experience in influencing multiple levels of management

This is an advantage for you but it is not mandatory:

  • Experience of Microsoft BI
  • Experience with an ERP system (SAP / Oracle)
